Who are we ?
The idea of starting DORCORA SERVICES came from my personal journey of growth and purpose. In 2009, I decided to change my profession from caregiving to administration, even though I had no formal knowledge at the time. Over the years, I gained valuable experience working with undocumented individuals and those in need of assistance to legalize their status.
I found true joy and fulfilment in helping others especially in seeing the relief and smiles on their faces once they received the help they needed. My late father always believed in me and encouraged me to keep pushing forward, while my mother continuously reminded me that many people need my services and that I have a purpose in helping others.
With the constant support of my family, friends, all of whom believe in me.
I’ve stayed motivated and grounded. Being a family-oriented person, I understand the importance of stability and compassion, and that continues to drive my mission through DORCORA SERVICES.

Associate Partner
I am Naela Paul,
Since 2020, I have proudly contributed to Docora Services’ growth and daily operations as an Associate Partner. In my role, I help ensure our organization functions efficiently while delivering high-quality service to every client we support.
As part of the leadership team, I oversee client relations, manage office workflows, strengthen administrative processes, and assist in guiding the strategic direction of the business. My focus is on maintaining an organized, client-centered environment and continuously improving our services and internal systems.
